Returns & Refunds

Refunds:

You may be entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us on hello@jkhartceramics.com within 14 days to start the process. It is helpful if you send pictures of the item. After 14 day returns will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days - after this time a refund will not be given.

Exemptions

The following items/services will not be refundable:

• Used products.

• Perishable or personalised goods.

• Customised products and commissions.

Returning Items

To complete a return, please contact us at hello@jkhartceramics.com. Items should be returned unused and in original packaging where possible. You are responsible for return postage.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your returned item (if required), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you have not recieved your refund within 30 days, please contact your bank in the first instance and then get in touch with us.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
