Shipping Policy

Postage: At this time, we can only ship within the UK.

Most orders will be posted within one week via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which provides end-to-end tracking and compensation up to £75. For orders over £75, we will choose the most appropriate postage. If breakages occur in transit, Royal Mail is very unlikely to cover these costs due to all prices being made of ceramics. This is annoyingly their policy. We do package items incredibly well to eliminate as much risk as possible.

If your parcel does not arrive, please contact us ASAP on hello@jkhartceramics.com so that we can look into this for you. The longer you wait, the less likely it is that Royal Mail will be able to locate your parcel.

Packaging: We use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible to keep our impact on the planet as small as it can be.
